Dan is a co-founder of Syracuse Partners. He spends his time working with the firm’s clients, helping them to execute their strategies.
He previously ran the Wealth Management & Family Office teams at two International Executive Search boutiques. During his search career Dan has been responsible for delivering on senior mandates for a wide range of Global Banks, Family Office and Institutional Asset Management clients. This has given him unparalleled knowledge of buy-side clients and candidates.
Prior to his Executive Search career Dan trained as a Lawyer before joining the Thompson Corporation as a Strategic Consultant working on International Public and Private Sector projects. He holds an LLB (Hons) Law from King’s College and an MA in International Relations from the University of Nottingham.
Matt is a co-founder of Syracuse Partners. He spends his time working with the firm’s clients, helping them to execute their strategies.
He previously worked at a specialist Wealth and Asset Management executive search boutique, executing on senior mandates across Europe. There he was responsible for several global hiring programmes at a number of top tier private bank clients.
He started his career in financial services recruitment after obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Geography at the University of Nottingham. Within three years he became a senior consultant at the global recruitment firm Morgan McKinley, where he specialised in hiring senior operational staff into leading investment banks.
Olivia is a Researcher at the firm. Prior to joining, she was a client services executive at a media firm focused on the hedge fund industry. She hold a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
